Audioinstallation in public space, 2018 – 2020

In 2018, at the invitation of the city of Tübingen, I continued my field research into the sound of the city. A new book was created, this time specifically about the acoustic signature of Tübingen. As a permanent installation at the ZOB, the sound piece was now part of the public space for 3 years. Hidden in a pillar are 3 speakers that are activated by motion detectors and then play random parts of the 120-minute text. In collaboration with the city of Tübingen, the architects of “Umschichten” and the Landestheater Tübingen.
